Greater Chattanooga Area Church

One Accord is actively involved with the surrounding community and the greater Chattanooga area serving the populace that are in need. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is freely given and needs, both physical and spiritual, are met to the best of our ability. The Lord has commissioned us to take the good news of Jesus Christ to the lost and dying world around us. Here is just a sampling of the many different forms of community ministry we participate in:

• Walking through the surrounding neighborhoods sharing Christ with the residents (FAITH Ministry)
• Ministering to children in our immediate areas through the Awana Club
• Helping hurting people with necessities such as food and clothing
• Visiting nursing homes and assisted living residents and proclaiming forth God's Word
• Visiting those in need and providing gifts for children and families through Servant Evangelism
• Delivering Jesus videos to the city's residents
• Youth ministering to those in the hospitals
• Ministry coop with the HaCoBa Care ministry of HCBA
• Partnering with other area churches to meet community needs and promoting Biblical teaching

Community Goals

The long term goal of One Accord is to be a beacon for Jesus shining forth with God's glory and his power in the greater Chattanooga area. The church leaders are constantly involved in training to gain new opportunities to minister to those in need around the community. We believe that God will supply the need for our surrounding community and then afterward other extended communities through the Community Life Center project we are undertaking.

We are convinced that God planted our church in the middle of this community for a divine purpose. Our community in Red Bank has a great need for deliverance and the Lord is the only one who can deliver.
